Return Policy

We like to ensure your satisfaction with every product you order from our online platform www.abyatshop.com.

If received defected or cracked, kindly inform our customer care department on 81175090 Via WhatsApp or send an email to [email protected] within 2 Days of receiving your order, and your inquiry will be handled as soon as possible.

Note: We ask that the product be untacked and Packed in the original boxes in order to ensure credit.

The replacement order will be processed once the originally delivered Package is picked up.

If the reason for the exchange is a customer request, the customer will have to pay 4$ additional delivery charge.

All Accessories must be included in the package of the returned products,otherwise the exchange will be terminated

For every returned item, you will receive an automated message from our end containing the full price of the item, don’t worry, we fix the prices on the system before sending them.

Any replacement order needs between 5 to 8 working days to be delivered.

Refund is processed after abyatshop has done the quality evaluation of the returned item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via money transfer companies (Whish money).
